What an unforgettable gathering! Our 2025 PURA Syndrome Conference in Dallas, Texas, USA, brought together a record-breaking 171 in-person participants, including 36 PURA Perfect individuals, along with 82 virtual attendees from around the world. For three incredible days, families, researchers, and advocates came together to connect, learn, and share — all united by a common goal: supporting those affected by PURA Syndrome. A highlight of the weekend? Saturday’s HoeDown celebration — complete with line dancing, laughter, and cowboy hats! It was truly a hoot and a wonderful way to celebrate our amazing community.
